Three Students Perform at '09 Junior District Festival
Created by Austin on 18th March 2009, 7:49 amCongratulations to Alexandros Deligiannidis, Clarke Indek, and Brittany Leger for their participation and outstanding performance in the Jr. District Festival on March 5th and 6th.
These students prepared an audition piece with their private instructor and school music teacher. Each auditioned on their instrument in December, 2008 and were selected to participate in the festival. These students rehearsed and performed with the top students from around Southeastern Massachusetts. The audition allows students to showcase their talents while gaining experience and obtaining valuable feedback from adjudicators. The festival creates an opportunity for students to work towards high expectations, leadership skills, team building, and ensemble experience.
